Weekly track workout
Lets face it, running wind sprints, stairs, and doing plyometrics ALONE takes some serious motivation. To make it fun and even - dare we say - enjoyable, we're meeting every Sunday morning at 9:00 at the SMC track for a Team Riley workout. Riley (a former track star before catching the cycling bug) helps with running tips, posture, and technique; Christine leads a "kick butt" plyometrics routine (there is a joke here, ya gotta come to find out); and both help tailor individual workouts according to ability, experience, and fitness goals.
Workout lasts an hour, and then - the best part - we all go out for a much deserved brunch.
Free for Team Riley members, $10 for non-members. Hope to see you out there!
