wildflower anyone?

Hey gang,
So we had a great turnout at the track today! We had new runners, young peeps (thank you Emma and Mathew!) and seasoned runners. Some are going to try a 5k in April and others are going to Wildflower! Estella and Steve worked really well together and I do believe pushed eachother pretty darn hard. Estella really showed her running is seriously improving! Pete way to go with the work on your form it's showing!

Hope to see you out Tues and Thurs 6pm in front of Revolution for a light jog or hard run.. it's up to you!
