We just want to congratulate our team member for her amazing performance.... Kimmy let us know when you will be playing again! wildflower anyone?

Hey gang,
So we had a great turnout at the track today! We had new runners, young peeps (thank you Emma and Mathew!) and seasoned runners. Some are going to try a 5k in April and others are going to Wildflower! Estella and Steve worked really well together and I do believe pushed eachother pretty darn hard. Estella really showed her running is seriously improving! Pete way to go with the work on your form it's showing!

Hope to see you out Tues and Thurs 6pm in front of Revolution for a light jog or hard run.. it's up to you!

Happy St Pats day!

So today is a good day... green beer, let's give a cheer.. this was always my dad's favorite holiday so I must celebrate! I just took down my art show today but the good news is it looks like I will have another in about 3 months and I now have had a friend offer up a studio space for me to paint OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE so so great.

RILEYWARE about to launch in Helen's cycles

Helen's Cycles and TEAM RILEY have teamed up to create a kit for Rizeguys, a Cat 3/4 racing team. The kit will be worn proudly by the racers as well as be available for the general public in April... stay tuned!
